Accounting Associate - Payroll Processing
FT position - Exempt and advancement potential

Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Salary - $42,000; based on experience; Full benefit package

Essential Duties:
* Manage payroll system for 200+ employee payroll, timekeeping and benefits system

* Establish payroll record & create access to system for each employee

* Organize, prepare, monitor & generate payroll for employees of all organizations

* Create, modify, and update employee records

* Monitor leave balances carryover limits, payouts and forfeitures

* Prepare, balance & maintain a variety of specialized payroll reports

* Collect expense reports, statement sheets & invoices; identify entity responsible for payment

* Review and enter expense sheets

* Process accounts payable checks

* Create and maintain various spreadsheets
* Obtain required information and create annual 1099's

* Oversee annual W2 process

* Procurement project management



* Fluent in Excel to the level of advanced user

* QuickBooks experience

* Demonstrate ability to gather, manage & effectively communicate with all stakeholders
* Demonstrate ability to problem solve by identifying & resolving problems in a timely manner
* Demonstrate ability to develop methods for conveying complex financial data in an understandable format
* Ability to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
* At least two years' experience processing payroll for 50+ employees

Hours - 9a-6p, rotating days Sunday - Saturday
Salary - $15.50 - increase when obtain CDL B with air brakes and passenger

* General maintenance on gas, diesel and propane vehicles

* Diagnosing problems with vehicles
* Completing repairs on vehicles
* Documentation of repairs for each vehicle


* Must have own tools
* Must have 3 years' experience maintaining vehicle
* Completion of a trade school may substitute for experience

* Must either have or obtain a CDL B with air brakes and passenger endorsement

* Must be able to walk, bend and stretch

* Have the ability to work independently and with little supervision

Bus Operators - Fixed Route Full & Part Time Positions Available

Full and Part Time positions available
Pay rate for CDL B with air brakes and passenger endorsement $12.90 - $13.16 hourly


  • Safely operates assigned vehicle to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule
  • Picks up and drops off passengers to scheduled medical appointments.
  • Schedule will include evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, varying shifts & routes



  • Minimum of a current CDL B Driver’s Permit with air brakes & passenger endorsement
  • Valid DOT physical
  • Acceptable current driving record
  • Physically able to load/unload and secure wheelchair customers
  • Employment contingent on satisfactory results of mandatory DOT drug screening and background check
