The purpose of this RFP is to identify service providers for WIOA Out‐of‐School Youth training and employment services. This RFP will provide guidance for the development and submission of proposals for these funds. The purpose of programs funded under WIOA is to prepare youth and young adults facing serious barriers to employment for participation in the labor force by providing training and other services that will result in increased employment and earnings, increased educational and occupational skills credentials, and decreased welfare dependency, thereby improving the quality of the workforce and enhancing its productivity and competitiveness.

February 26 - Release RFP

March 10 - Bidder's Conference

March 17 - Questions must be submitted by COB

March 24 - Questions and Answers posted to procurement website
