Job Title:  Personnel Coordinator 

Reports to:  Human Resources Manager                                      

Classification: Non-Exempt

Shift:  Monday – Friday 9a-1p – 20 hours weekly

Salary: $18.00; Limited benefit package   

Deadline to apply: Until positions are filled

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Communications with potential new employees and current employees
  • Scheduling interviews & new employee meetings
  • Clerical duties – answering phone, filing, scanning, copying, etc.
  • Submit documentation and follow up with insurance companies
  • Follow up regarding accidents or incidents that occur

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Acceptable current driving record
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Employment contingent on satisfactory results of background check
  • Prior office related work history required
