The Lower Shore Workforce Alliance (LSWA), a division of the Tri‐County Council for the
Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, is currently seeking quotes for an “American Job Center
Operator” for the period January 1‐ December 31, 2025 with the option for two 1‐year
extensions.
American Job Center Centers are required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
Act of 2014 (WIOA); there is one comprehensive American Job Center serving Somerset,
Wicomico and Worcester Counties located at 31901 Tri‐County Way, Salisbury MD 21801.
