The Work consists of the following basic components:

Extension of sub-surface infrastructure to support the new emergency generator as follows:

a. Electrical infrastructure (i.e. conduits, transformer, etc.) to connect proposed generator to existing building.
b. Gas infrastructure (i.e. supply piping, meter, etc.) to be installed by Chesapeake Utilities
Installation of structural slab for generator.
Installation of a generator for emergency power to Existing Building.
Installation of concrete paving and protective bollards.
