The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek proposals from experienced
contractors to design an on‐board video surveillance system (OBVSS), install the OBVSS,
provide training on the operation and maintenance of the OBVSS, and ongoing support
for the OBVSS.
The RFP provides interested parties with information in a fair and competitive manner to
ensure a high quality of both product and service. ST intends to use the results of this
process to award a contract for an OBVSS and services.
